Return and Exchange Policy
*
All refunds and exchanges for the full purchase price must be made
within thirty (30) days of purchase. The original cash register receipt
must accompany all refunds or exchanges. Items to be returned must be
in a new, unused condition, with their original packaging and all
associated manuals and paperwork. New condition means the item has not
been used in any way. Putting fuel or batteries in an item, discarding
packaging, adjusting radio gear, punching parts out of die cut sheets,
any use of glue, all constitute examples of use and therefore make an
item non returnable. Plastic models must be sealed in the original
plastic wrap. Defective items may, in most cases, be returned or
exchanged for similar items. Some manufacturers, Hitec and XTM for
example, prefer to deal with defective merchandise directly.
* Consumable items such as fuel,
labor, batteries, spray paint may not be returned for refund. Software
and DVD’s may not be returned once the plastic seal has been opened.
Items that have required custom work are not refundable. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
* Items returned for refund or
exchange after the first thirty (30) days will be subject to a 20%
restock fee. Items must still meet the conditions described above.
Items returned after thirty (30) days will receive store credit only.
